The nylon mesh visor offers a large covered area for better protection and the elastic visor sealing at the helmet brim guards against dirt and debris. The visor also offers valuable protection against glare. The ear caps on the 'Function Basic' helmet provide solid noise reduction (NRR 24) in a slim design. The helmet itself is solidly constructed and features a six-point suspension system along with a rain gullet. The low weight of the Function Basic helmet system helps to reduce user fatigue. This helmet is CSA approved.
