The RM 655 YS gas-driven lawn mower with low-maintenance Hydrostatic Drive offers the option of infinitely variable speed adjustment to tackle demanding domestic lawn care and landscape maintenance. With a cutting width of 53 cm, the RM 655 YS is specially designed for yards up to 2,500m² in size.

Its high production quality and convenient functions enable fast and precise mowing. You can mow at just the speed that suits you best. The blade-brake clutch decouples the blade from the engine and also protects the lawn mower’s crankshaft. Whenever you want take a short break, you can do so without having to restart the engine afterwards. This also makes it possible to move the STIHL RM 655 YS yard lawn mower without blade engagement. The integrated multi-blade handles cutting and mulching with no blade change required, and ensures a precise cutting pattern. There is also central 7-level cut-height adjustment, which can be set from 25mm to 85mm. A height-adjustable, folding comfort handlebar with super-soft handle provides for ergonomic lawn care and easy access to the 70-litre grass collection box. This includes a fill-level indicator so you can clearly see when it needs to be emptied.
