The reduced-emissions unit offers impressive engine power and transmits its high torque to the cutting tool via a rigid drive shaft. The STIHL FS 131 gas-driven brushcutter is equipped with an ergonomic bike handle that ensures you can work on large areas as effectively as possible, and supports a natural scything motion.

The one-hand multi-function handle allows you to access all essential functions quickly and easily. Should you wish to pause in your work and resume later, the integrated stop button means you can restart the brushcutter and continue working directly, without activating any switches. This brushcutter is equipped with the STIHL anti-vibration system to protect your muscles and joints, especially during longer periods of use. The double shoulder harness supplied as standard also helps you to distribute the weight of the device more evenly over your body.

for fantastic engine power with low maintenance. the stihl 4-mix® engine is a four-stroke engine that does not require any oil circuit components, thanks to refuelling with an oil and gasoline mix. that’s why it’s more compact, more lightweight, and requires less maintenance than conventional four-stroke engines, while at the same time being powerful and offering a comfortable sound pattern. stihl 4-mix® engines comply with the european stage v emissions directive.
