The STIHL FS 361 C-EM gas clearing saw is ideal for use in forestry, municipal, and farm and ranch jobs that require efficiency and heavy-duty power.

With its very large mowing circle of 520 mm, the versatile and robust gas clearing saw facilitates rapid progress in complex, large-scale mowing work. At the same time the high-torque, low-consumption STIHL 2-MIX engine ensures sufficient power, while the STIHL anti-vibration system produces only low levels of vibration as you mow with the professional clearing saw. This protects your muscles and joints, as does the ergonomic bike handle (mowing handle), which promotes a natural scything movement. STIHL ErgoStart enables you to start your gas clearing saw effortlessly.

The fully electronic STIHL M-Tronic 3.0 engine management system also supports easy and comfortable starting and ensures optimum engine performance at all times, for maximum efficiency in changing conditions.

effortless starting. stihl ergostart saves you energy when starting your power tools. a smooth and even pull on the starter cord is all that’s needed. the required speed on the starter cord is significantly reduced, and the engine starts quickly and reliably even with a slow pull. an additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter cord roll makes this easier.
reliable work with the best performance. with stihl m-tronic, you’ll have the best performance from your work tool from the outset. fully electronic engine management regulates the ignition timing and fuel metering in all work situations, taking into account external conditions such as temperature, altitude and fuel quality.
for fewer starting strokes. the manual fuel pump reduces the number of strokes required to start the power tool, making the start-up process quicker and easier this is particularly helpful after longer breaks in operation. to use it, actuate the pump several times before starting. this will ensure that there is enough petrol in the carburettor when starting.
reduced maintenance. the compensator is a control system in the carburettor, which uses pressure compensation to ensure that engine performance, exhaust gas quality and fuel consumption remain virtually constant over a long period of time, despite increasing contamination of the air filter. you do not need to clean the air filter until there is a noticeable drop in performance. this means that you can work for a long time without maintenance.

effortless mowing of large areas. the ergonomic bike handle helps you mow large areas quickly and effortlessly, as this handle supports a natural brushcutter movement. the bike handle is easy to adjust and secure.
set the bike handle position. you can individually adjust the ergonomic bike handle (mowing handle) using the central clamping device. thanks to the tool-free handle adjustment, you do not need any tools for this. the bike handle can be rotated 90 degrees for transport and space-saving storage.
